Regulation No. 734 date 8.12.2017 proclaiming Prespa Lakes a fishery co-management zone.

This Regulation proclaims Prespa Lakes a fishery co-management zone with high fishing potential. The co-management plan for the prespa lakes will be approved by the order of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development within 12 months from the proclamation date. The management measures will have to comply with the environmental status of the surrounding areas, the protected areas legislation, and the management plan of Prespa Lake, Korce. The Ministry of of Agriculture and Rural Development is responsible for the law implementation.
