Regulation No. 734 on the procedures and conditions for licensing the processing of oil by-products.

This Regulation establishes the conditions and procedures for licensing the processing of oil by-products. The processing of oil-by products can be carried out only by companies supplied with processing licences. The licences may be issued to companies engaged exclusively in the processing of oil and gas by-products and equipped with the appropriate processing machinery for the production of new hydrocarbons. To apply for a licence, the company shall submit various documents as further laid down by the Regulation. The company shall transmit periodical reports and data as required to the Ministry of Energy.
