Regulation No. 806 approving the rules and procedures for the import of wastes for processing, reuse and recycling.

This Regulation lays down the rules and procedures applicable to the importation of waste for processing, reuse and recycling. It consists of three Parts: (I) Import of waste for processing, reuse and recycling; (II) Transport of imported waste; (III) Customs Control. The Ministry of Environment is responsible for the implementation of the Regulation.
