Regulation No. 807 on the transfer of rights of use of caves.

This Regulation applies to the transfer of rights of use of caves. These rights may be granted for scientific, ecological, cultural, historical, tourist, healing and religious purposes. Caves shall be used in accordance with the projects approved by the Ministry of Environment and the Ministry of Territory Adjustment and related environmental permissions.
