Regulation No. 85 on removing certain forestry parcels of the forestry economy Lugina e Fanit te Madh from the Forestry Fund.

This Regulation stipulates the removal of certain forests parcels of the forestry economy Lugina e Fanit te Madh from the Forestry Fund and transferring them to the administration of the Gruppo Minerario Albanese for water basins. The maps attached to the Decision give details on the removed parcels. Upon the entry into force of this Decision, the Gruppo Minerario Albanese is obliged to forest 15 ha of forests as specified by the Forestry Directorate.
