Abstract
This Regulation amends Regulation No. 686 of 2015 by removing all references to the obligation of the environment impact assessment applicant to submit copies of its acts of incorporation with the EIA file. Specifically, it repeals Chapter I/1.3, Chapter II/10/dh, and Chapter III/1/c and III/3/1.
