Regulation no. 99 approving the Albanian Catalogue of Waste Classification.

This Regulation lays down the Albanian catalogue of solid waste, in accordance with the European catalogues. The following Annexes are attached: (I) Waste Classification; (II) Elements and characteristics of hazardous waste; (III) Categories of generated waste; (IV) Ingredients that render hazardous waste. The Albanian Catalogue of Waste Classification shall be revised and supplemented in accordance with the European Catalogue of Residues.
