Regulation No.824 on the classification, packaging, labelling and storage of hazardous substances.

This Regulation provides for the production, trade, storage and distribution of hazardous substances and preparations. It lays down principles for the classification of hazardous substances in accordance with international standards and adopts the recent European Union guidelines on packaging, labelling and storage of hazardous substances. The Ministry of Environment , in conjunction with the Ministry of Industry and Energy and the Ministry of Health, shall prepare the common procedures for licensing the storage and keeping of hazardous substances.
