Abstract
The Government of the Republic of Armenia and the Government of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, following the principles of legal equality and national mutual benefits of both countries, expressing desire to strengthen and develop bilateral cooperation in agricultural field, have agreed to cooperate in the following fields: (a) plant-breeding and seed-breeding: technologies in cultivation of agricultural crops and production of seeds and seedlings; (b) agricultural land management: particularly, production and increase of resistance of dry-resistant crops varieties under drought conditions; (c) organic agriculture: safe utilization of pesticides and plant protection; (d) animal-breeding and fish-breeding; (e) agricultural products processing; (f) irrigation management; and (g) development of bilateral trade in agricultural products. The Parties shall cooperate in the following fields: (a) experience and relevant information exchange; (b) information exchange on agricultural legislation; (c) training of agricultural specialists; (d) joint elaboration of research projects, assistance to training of relevant specialists and experts, exchange of experts; (e) participation of the representatives of the Parties in exhibitions, workshops and conferences organized in both countries; (f) promotion of trade in agricultural raw materials and products, particularly through participation at the fairs, exhibitions and business meetings; (g) assistance in establishment of direct relations between representatives of both Parties from private agro-industry sector; (h) identification of areas of mutual interest for potential investors; and (i) assistance in establishment of joint ventures in both countries.

Entry into force notes
This Agreement enters into force on 14 September 2015.
Notes
This Agreement will be valid for five years. Its validity will be automatically extended for an additional period of five years, unless either of Parties notifies the other in written form six months before the expiration date of this Agreement.
