Abstract
The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Armenia and the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic, aware of the usefulness of international cooperation in the fields of health and medical science and the need of strengthening mutual relations, wishing to create suitable conditions for development of cooperation based upon equality, and aware of the need of an appropriate legal basis for mutual relations, have agreed to cooperate in the following fields: (a) health system performance; (b) healthcare; (c) public health protection and promotion; (d) medical research activities; (e) pharmaceuticals; and (e) other areas of cooperation upon mutual consent of the Contracting Parties. Cooperation shall be performed in the following forms: (a) standard work-related contracts; (b) reciprocal visits of senior officials; (c) exchange of materials and documents (publications, studies); (d) exchange of experience, information, statistics, health legislation and best practices, other forms of cooperation upon mutual consent of the Contracting Parties.

This Agreement enters into force on 27 May 2014.

This Agreement is concluded for an indefinite period of time and may be modified or amended by written agreement of the Contracting Parties.
