Abstract
The National Security Service at the Government of the Republic of Armenia and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia realizing the importance of international cooperation for prevention of organized cross-border crime, international terrorism, smuggling, trafficking, illegal migration and other illegalities have agreed as follows: (a) regular exchange of state border protection-related information of mutual interests; (b) fight against state border trespass; illegal migration; trafficking; international terrorism; organized cross-border crime; smuggling of arms, ammunition, explosive, narcotic and psychotropic substances; radioactive materials; cultural and historical values; banned goods and items, as well as other illegalities at the state border; (c) exchange of experience related to organization of state border protection and border control measures; and (d) operational-search activity in conformance with the state border protection interests.

This Agreement enters into force on 28 February 20012.
Notes
This Agreement can be terminated by any of the Parties notifying the other Party via diplomatic channels six month before.
