Abstract
The purpose of this Agreement is to exchange information among country Parties and create a unified database to prevent and mitigate the effects of emergencies and technological or natural disasters. The Parties also agree to develop national risk management systems to limit environmental pollution. Each Party shall publish the information obtained under this Agreement in accordance with its national legislation.

Entry into force notes
This Agreement enters into force on the date of notice that all internal procedures required for its effectiveness have been fulfilled.
Notes
This Agreement shall be valid for five years and shall be automatically extended for one or more five-year periods unless, six months prior to the end of any such period, either Party provides the other with written notice of termination.
