Agreement on multilateral interstate specialization of production and supply of seeds of varieties and agricultural crop hybrids, planting material of fruits, berries and grape.

The Parties shall cooperate in the field of breeding and seed production in the following main areas: (a) ensuring the preservation and further development of production and supply of seeds of varieties and agricultural crop hybrids, planting material of fruits, berries and grape, registered in each state that is Party to this Agreement for a stable meeting the total demand for them by agricultural producers of the signatory states; (b) elaboration and adoption of coordinated decisions for joint activities in the sphere of breeding, protection of selection achievements, collection, exchange, conservation and effective use of genetic resources, seed production, nursery and interstate supplies of seeds of varieties and hybrids of agricultural crops, planting material of fruits, berries and grape; (c) consideration and approval of proposals for harmonization of regulatory and legal bases of the Parties in the field of breeding, protection of selective achievements, collection, exchange, conservation and effective use of genetic resources, seed production, nursery and interstate supplies of seeds of agricultural crops varieties and hybrids, planting material of fruits, berries and grape.
