Decision of the Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission of 30 January 2020 N 10 "On uniform methods for determining the varietal qualities of seeds of agricultural plants within the framework of the Eurasian Economic Union".

This Decisions, in order to implement the provisions of article 5 of the Agreement on the circulation of seeds of agricultural plants within the framework of the Eurasian Economic Union dated 7 November 2017 and to ensure the application of uniform methods for determining the varietal qualities of seeds of agricultural plants within the framework of the Eurasian Economic Union, the Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission, adopts the method of field testing of varietal crops (plantings) of agricultural plants; and method of soil control of agricultural plants. This document is used when carrying out varietal identification of varietal crops (plantings) of cereals, legumes, fodder, industrial crops, oilseeds, essential oil plants, vegetables, melons, medicinal crops and potatoes to establish the suitability of their harvest for seed purposes.
