Decree No. 04-N of the Government of the Republic of Armenia “On submittal of declarations”.

This Governmental Decree establishes the procedure for submittal of declarations and amendment of declared data regarding officials for whom annual declaration of property/income is mandatory. The aforesaid declaration can be submitted to the Commission for the prevention of corruption for examination either in electronic form or in hard copy. In case of detection of non-conformity of the declared data by the Commission and timely correction of data by the declarant the Commission shall not initiate administrative proceedings.
