Decree of the Supreme Soviet No.S-0250-1 of 1991 regarding entry into force of Land Code.

Supreme Soviet decrees that Land Code is applicable to relations originating after entry into force of Land Code, i.e. beginning from the 15th of March 1991. Land Code is applicable to relations originating before the 15th of March 1991, i.e. before entry into force of Land Code, as regards to rights and duties that would originate after entry into force of Land Code. Decisions adopted by the respective authorized institutions within their plenary powers before the 15th of March 1991, that have not been implemented by the date of entry into force of Land Code must be implemented in accordance with the requirements of Land Code.
