Abstract
This Program establishes a framework for supporting the acquisition of fertilizers by agricultural producers through partial subsidization or compensation of fertilizer sale prices. It applies during 2026 and defines the participation of the Ministry, regional authorities, communities, suppliers, and beneficiaries, as well as eligibility conditions for suppliers and beneficiaries. The Program covers specified types of fertilizers that must be registered and authorized for use.
The Program sets limits on the quantities of fertilizers that may be supplied based on the size of cultivated land, up to a defined maximum area per beneficiary. It provides that beneficiaries pay the non-subsidized portion of the price, while the corresponding support amount is transferred to suppliers following verification. Procedures are established for application submission, coordination between communities and suppliers, and the documentation of supply through acceptance acts, as well as for reporting, verification, and recovery of funds in cases of non-compliance.
