Government Decision No. 1153-N on defining the cases of importation of pesticides and agrochemicals without expert examination.

This Decision establishes the conditions for importing pesticides and agrochemicals into Armenia without expert examination. The exemption applies to products registered under a simplified procedure, as well as to certain specified categories of substances, including organic and organo-mineral fertilizers, paraffin oils, pheromones, microbiological insecticidal preparations, plant growth regulators, biologically active substances, plant vaccines, and biological pesticides, including those of plant or microbial origin. Importers must submit documentation electronically to the Food Safety Inspection Body, which reviews the submissions and issues a formal import conclusion based on established standardized forms.
