Abstract
This Procedure establishes the modalities of exporting botanical collections and specimen from the national territory and importing them into the national territory. Wild plants are exported from the national territory and imported into the national territory on the basis of a permit issued by the Ministry of Environmental Protection. The following shall be submitted together with the application: (a) in the case of export, a document (copy) confirming the acquisition (collection, storage, purchase, etc.) of the exported wild plant, a permit or certificate (copy) issued by the relevant authorized body in relation to plant quarantine, as well as the consent or permit (copy) of the importing country, if the legislation of that country establishes a corresponding procedure. In case of import, the consent or permission of the exporting country (copy) of the documents for the export of the given plant or its substitutes (customs declaration, documents accompanying the goods, sealed or otherwise certified by the customs authority of the exporting country), if the relevant procedure is established by the legislation of that country. Annexes contain the application form and the form of export/import authorization.
