This Government Decision regulates the issues of expropriation and destruction of raw material of animal origin and food obtained without certification of slaughterhouses. This procedure applies to any natural person or legal entity operating at all stages of processing raw materials and products of animal origin obtained from non-slaughtering facility, as well as to organizations carrying out transportation and destruction of the aforesaid products. In the event that, during state control, raw materials and products of animal origin obtained from non-slaughtering facility are discovered, the sale of the entire batch is subject to suspension, confiscation and destruction. If, within the framework of state control, it is established that raw materials and products of animal origin are not originated from slaughterhouse, then the entire batch of raw materials and products of animal origin is subject to destruction by incineration without inspection by the competent organization. Transport enterprise ensures the transportation of the entire batch to the organization that carries out the destruction. Annex 1 contains the form of expropriation of raw material of animal origin and food obtained without certification of slaughterhouses. Annex 2 contains the form of acceptance of expropriated raw material of animal origin and food obtained without certification of slaughterhouses. Annex 3 contains the form of destruction of expropriated raw material of animal origin and food obtained without certification of slaughterhouses.
