Government Decision No. 77-L validating the Procedure and form of keeping the registry of certified seeds and seedlings, producers, importers and exporters thereof.

This Government Decision defines the procedure for maintaining the register of natural persons and legal entities producing, importing and exporting certified seeds and planting material. The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Armenia is the authorized institution entitled to maintain the register of certified seed and planting material producers, importers and exporters. In order to be recorded in the register, the applicant submits to an authorized body: (a) application according to the form; (b) copy of passport (natural persons); and (c) a copy of the state registration certificate (legal entities). The applicant is removed from the register: (a) if 2 years have passed since the registration in the register; (b) in case of failure to submit an application according to the established modalities and procedure; and (c) on the basis of his/her application submitted to an authorized body.
