Governmental Decision No. 103 regarding the issuance of authorization for storage of spent nuclear fuel.

The Government, based on the possibility of continuous operation of the Armenian Nuclear Power Plant, taking into account the fact that the necessary conditions for the removal of spent nuclear fuel from the Republic of Armenia have not yet been created, decides to allow the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Armenia to store spent nuclear fuel in dry form in the territory of the Republic of Armenia until the necessary conditions are created for its transportation or recycling thereof.
