Governmental Decision No. 105-L validating Leasing Assistance Program for agricultural equipment.

The Government, with a view of promoting agricultural development by increasing the level of mechanization of agricultural works, competitiveness of agricultural sector, efficiency thereof aimed at increasing the volume of agricultural commodities. Re-equipment of agricultural machinery shall be obtained with the use of affordable mechanism for the purchase of agricultural machinery and equipment. The main goal of the Program is to create favorable conditions for application of leasing mechanism for the purchase of agricultural machinery and equipment. The Program will partially subsidize the leasing interest rate of economic entities purchasing agricultural machinery and signing a leasing agreement concluded within the framework of the Program.
