Governmental Decision No. 1578-N validating the Regulation on lease of land plots of protected areas.

This Regulation establishes the procedure for lease of land plots of protected areas. Land plots within the boundaries of protected areas destined for lease shall have the following accompanying documentation: (a) land type and plot size (area); (b) plot plan and plot boundaries; (c) information on land use restrictions; (d) starting price of land lease; (d) minimum required requirements for the protection of environment; (e) compliance of the activities carried out with the right of land lease; and (f) provision of protected area with potable water.
