Governmental Decision No. 22 validating the Regulation on calculation of damages to State Forest Fund and State Hunting Fund and application of compensation tariffs therefore.

This Governmental Decision establishes the procedure and the modalities of calculation of damages to State Forest Fund and State Hunting Fund and application of compensation tariffs therefore. It also establishes that 50% of the amount of compensation collected for the damage caused to the is transferred State Forest Fund and State Hunting Fund shall be transferred to the national budget and shall be used for the recognition of the employees of State Forest Service and improving the logistics base of forestry.
