Governmental Decision No. 234 constituting State Cadastre of Immovable Property.

This Governmental Decision constitutes State Cadastre of Immovable Property, assigning the following competence thereto: (a) land and real estate registration and valuation; (b) land classification. The Ministry of Agriculture shall be responsible for keeping cadastre of agricultural land. The Ministry of Environmental Protection shall be responsible for keeping cadastre of protected areas and water fund. Local self-government shall be responsible for keeping cadastre of urban land and land of settlements within the boundaries of their administrative units.
