Governmental Decision No. 525-N validating the Regulation on installation, operation and use of well drilling equipment for groundwater abstraction.

This Governmental Decision regulates the procedure for installation, operation and use of well drilling equipment for groundwater abstraction. Each piece of well drilling equipment shall be installed separately with the consideration of technical characteristics of well drilling machine. Well drilling equipment must be registered by the authorized state institution. The application for registration of the equipment must contain the following information: (a) name of the legal entity or the name of the natural person; (b) location of the legal entity or the place of residence or registration of the natural person; (c) number of the state registration of the legal entity or the registration certificate of the sole proprietor or the identification data of the natural person; (d) day, month, year of registration submission; and (e) technical data of the equipment.
