Governmental Decision No. 649-N validating the Regulation on notification of the relevant competent state bodies by persons carrying out activities subject to notification.

This Regulation establishes the procedure for notification of the relevant competent state bodies by persons carrying out activities subject to notification related to compliance with environmental, hygienic-sanitary and epidemiological, and also fire-fighting requirements according to the Annex 1. Notification authorities shall be: (a) Ministry of Environmental Protection for the purpose of exercising control over the compliance with environmental norms; (b) Ministry of Health and the State Food Safety Service subordinated to the Ministry of Agriculture for the purpose of exercising control over the compliance with hygienic-sanitary-epidemiological safety norms; and (c) Ministry of Emergency Situations to exercise control over the compliance with fire safety norms and rules.
