Abstract
This Governmental Decree establishes the procedure for expert examination of pesticides and agrochemicals (Annex 1) and the form of authorization for import and export of pesticides (Annexes 2 and 3). Expert examination of pesticides and agrochemicals shall be intended laboratory testing of samples thereof with a view of determination of applicability of pesticides and agrochemicals. It establishes the procedure for sampling.
