Governmental Decree No. 1195-N validating the Technical Regulation on manufacturing and packaging of pesticides.

This Governmental Decree validates the Technical Regulation on manufacturing and packaging of pesticides, and also circulation thereof on the national territory. The scope of these Technical Regulation shall be to ensure safety of pesticides and safety of their circulation. Authorization for manufacturing of pesticides shall be issued in case of availability of certificate attesting their compliance with established standards and registration thereof. Open air storage of pesticides shall be prohibited. Manufacturing organization must perform continuous control of the atmospheric air, effluent waste water and efficiency of purification thereof. Use of untreated running water in the process of manufacturing of pesticides shall be prohibited. Each separate package of pesticides must be labelled. In storage facilities of pesticides shall be displayed information of storage conditions, security, including measures to be taken in emergency situations. Trade (vending) of pesticides shall be authorized in whole integral sealed packages.
