Governmental Decree No. 300 validating the Regulation on trade of agricultural commodities and foodstuffs in consumer markets.

The Government, in order to regulate trade of agricultural commodities and foodstuffs in consumer markets, to improve vending of agricultural commodities and foodstuffs with a view of protecting agricultural producers, establishes that the authorization for creation of new markets of agricultural commodities on the national territory shall be issued by the heads of urban-rural communities and mayor of the capital city Yerevan, coordination with the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Armenia.
