Governmental Decree No. 723-N validating the Regulation on the procedure of writing-off labelled commodities unsold during shelf life.

This Governmental Decree regulates the procedure of writing-off labelled commodities unsold during shelf life, which, according to the laboratory testing results, conducted on the basis of approved technological documents, have been declared unfit for trade and have not been alienated by the manufacturer, or due to non-compliance of the trading organizations with the technological storage conditions the product lost its consumer properties before its expiration date and were returned to the direct producers or importers. Availability of labelled commodities unsold during shelf life shall be confirmed by registration data of individual entrepreneurs. The procedure of writing-off shall include disinfection or recycling of waste generated in the process in accordance with the established sanitary and environmental regulations.
