Governmental Decree No. 908-N validating the Regulation on the Commission for registration of pesticides and agrochemicals.

This Governmental Decree validates the Regulation on the Commission for registration of pesticides and agrochemicals operating in the field of phytosanitary. The scope of the Commission shall be the approval of the list of pesticides and agrochemicals and submittal of the report on registration thereof to the competent authority. The Commission shall base its decision related to registration on expertise and shall examine the impact of pesticides and agrochemicals on human health and environment, refusing registration of pesticides and agrochemicals with adverse effects on human health and environment.
