Governmental Resolution N 1339-N on setting up of the authorized institution for the registration of food and non-food items.

This Governmental Resolution establishes to institute register of foodstuffs and non-food products with a view to apply conformity assessment to the aforesaid commodities. Registration of commodities and issuance of registration and conformity certificate shall pertain to the competence of the Ministry of Economic Development. Annex 1 contains the form of registration certificate.
