Governmental Resolution No. 1216-A validating the Regulation on testing of seed quality and implementation of experimental arrangements.

This Governmental Resolution authorizes state non-commercial organization “Seed Agency” to perform the following activities: (a) tests of new plant varieties, including hybrids, of all agricultural crops with a view of selecting effective and adaptable varieties; (b) assessment of seed quality; (c) issuance of authorization for the use of economically efficient crop varieties; (d) experimental testing of local and foreign varieties of agricultural crops; and (e) scientifically substantiated cultivation and care of agricultural crops.
