Governmental Resolution No. N-908-N regarding recognition of the RA Ministry of Environment as administrative body defined by Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES).

Based on Article 51, Part 3 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "On International Treaties of the Republic of Armenia" and the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora ( CITES ), signed in Washington on March 3, 1973 and amended in Bonn on June 22, 1979 In order to ensure the fulfillment of Article 9 of the Convention, the Government of the Republic of Armenia decides to recognize the Ministry of the Environment of the Republic of Armenia as a management body defined by subparagraph "a" of paragraph 1 of Article 9 of the Convention, reserving to it the right to communicate with other parties and the secretariat defined by part 2 of the same article.
