Abstract
The given law regulates principles of the state policy, legal, organizational, financial and economic bases in the sphere of continuous ecological education of the population. With the purpose of maintenance of constitutional right of each person to live in a favourable environment as major state objective and realization of his constitutional duties - demands high ecological culture of citizens, which they get during continuous education. The document consists of 3 chapters that contain 15 articles. Chapter 1 (arts. 1-5) lays down general provisions. Chapter 2 (arts. 6-9) establishes the system of continuous ecological education and organization of ecological process. Chapter 3 (arts. 10-15) regards management of system of continuous ecological education.
