Article 22 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Environmental tax – fees for the use of natural resources: (a) environmental tax and (or) payers of fees for the use of natural resources (except for taxpayers) must comply with the requirements of the registration procedure for subsoil users; and (b) object of environmental tax and (or) fees for the use of natural resources (excluding subsoil use) shall be calculated in accordance with actual amount of used natural resources.”
