Law No. HO-100-N amending Energy Law.

Article 3 shall be amended to add the following wording: “The energy sector of the Republic of Armenia is public and provides services related to generation of electricity and heat (including cogeneration), thermal energy and natural gas, including transmission (transportation), distribution and supply thereof. Electricity market operator service performs wholesale trade, import of electricity, export of natural gas, and offers energy market services.”
