Law No. HO-125-N amending Law No. HO-218 “On ozone depleting substances”.

The amendment to Article 8 mandates that the issuance of delivery permits requires the payment of a state duty in accordance with the national law on state duties. Upon the decision to grant a permit, the applicant must be notified within one working day and is required to complete the payment within five working days of such notification. The permit enters into force upon notification or on the day the payment is made, and the state body verifies the transaction through electronic treasury or state payment systems if proof of payment is not submitted. If the state duty is not paid within the specified five-day period, the decision to grant the permit is officially recognized as void and is cancelled.
