Law No. HO-136-N amending Law “On safe utilization of atomic energy for peaceful purposes.”

Article 17 shall be amended to add the following wording: “The Jurisdiction of State Inspectors of the Regulatory Authority shall have powers to adopt bylaws, rules, regulations and requirements related to nuclear safety, radiation safety, radioactive waste management, transportation of nuclear and radioactive materials, physical protection of nuclear facilities, and shall be authorized to conclude international agreements in the aforesaid fields.”
