Law No. HO-181-N amending Code on administrative offences of the Republic of Armenia.

Article 110.6 dealing with violation of the requirements at the stages of organic agricultural product movement shall be amended to add the following wording: “1. Violation of requirements for storage or transportation or trade of organic agricultural products entails: imposing a fine on natural persons in the amount of fifty to seventy times the established minimum salary, and on legal entities in the amount of eighty to one hundred times. Violation of the organic agricultural product labeling procedure entails: imposition of a fine on natural persons in the amount of one hundred to one hundred and twenty times the established minimum salary, and on legal entities in the amount of one hundred and thirty to one hundred and fifty times. The payment of the fine does not exempt natural persons and legal entities from the obligation to eliminate the committed violations."
