Law No. HO-190-N amending Law on fauna.

Article 6 of Law on fauna, attributing powers to the authorized state institution in the field of wild fauna protection, conservation, reproduction and management, shall be amended to add the following wording: “Powers of the authorized state institution in the field of wild fauna protection, conservation, reproduction and management shall include approval of methodological guidelines for keeping register of wild fauna species, use of wild fauna species for agricultural and industrial purposes, validation of model contract for the use of wild fauna species for social purposes (amatorial fishing, hunting and hunting of species that are not classified as game).”
