Law No. HO-190-N amending Law No. ZR-188 on purposeful use of environmental fees paid by polluters.

Article 1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Environmental fees, calculated on the basis of taxes, shall be paid in conformity with this Law in accordance with the procedure established by Tax Code for emissions to the atmospheric air from stationary sources, leakage of hazardous substances to subsoil, generation and storage of waste in specially reserved areas.”
