Article 17 shall be amended to add the following wording: “In order to prevent irreversible environmental impact and to reduce environmental damages due to subsoil management, shall be elaborated the procedure for submitting reports that must be inserted in the unified information system and destined for publication.” Article 64 shall be amended to add the following wording: “In order to prevent irreversible environmental impact and to reduce environmental damages due to subsoil management, shall be carried out planned preventive environmental monitoring.”
