Law No. HO-262-N amending Energy Law.

Article 6 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Until 31 December 2022, autonomous energy producers using solar energy, with production capacity of the installations that can reach electricity generation output not exceeding 500 kilowatts, shall not be subject to regulation during construction and production periods.”
