Abstract
Article 16 shall be amended to add the following wording: “State regulation of the use of nuclear energy is carried out by Nuclear Security Regulatory Committee. Chairman of Nuclear Security Regulatory Committee shall have the authority to terminate operation of the Armenian Nuclear Power Plant.”
