Law No. HO-304-N amending Forest Code.

This Law supplements Forest Code with Article 7.1, introducing Forest Committee and attributing thereto the following functions: (a) implementation of legislative powers assigned to the State Forest Service; (b) organization of the registration of forests and keeping forest inventory; (c) supervision over forestry operations in public forests; (d) performance of forest monitoring; (e) performance of afforestation, reforestation and agro-forestry; (f) management of public forests; (g) prevention and detection of forest legislation; and (h) supports creation and development of community forests.
