Law No. ХО-90-Н amending Law on water user associations and federations of water user associations.

Article 17 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Executive Director and Deputy Director of Water Users’ Association may be elected legally capable citizen of the Republic of Armenia with higher education in senior positions in the water management system with at least one year of work experience or business manager with at least three years of work experience in the managerial positions”. Article 23 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Executive Director and Deputy Director of Water Users’ Union may be elected legally capable citizen of the Republic of Armenia with higher education in senior positions in the water management system with at least one year of work experience or business manager with at least three years of work experience in the managerial positions”.
