Article 9 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Extension of validity of permit for geological exploration of subsoil for the purpose of mineral extraction shall be requested by permit holder six months before the expiration of permit.” Article 54 shall be amended to add the following wording: “In case of exploitation of groundwater deposits, it is necessary to provide monitoring regime, measures to protect water resources from exhaustion and pollution.”
